Luisa is uniquely qualified to help teams realize their creative potential through collaboration and insights with her grounding in the corporate world and her psychodynamic training.

Luisa started her career in digital publishing in London at MacMillan Interactive Publishing, and then later at Harvard Magazine while studying at Harvard University. After receiving a Post Graduate Diploma in Publishing and Communication from Harvard, Luisa moved to New York City at the beginning of the digital revolution. She became part of the birth of e-commerce in the late 90s and she worked for a few startups before eventually becoming Head Web Designer for Bloomingdales. Luisa moved back to the UK and was recruited by LBi to lead the user experience and design team of Marks & Spencer. Since then, she has led creative teams for major publishing, e-commerce, banking and consultancy companies such as Conde Nast, Arcadia Group, HSBC Bank and KPMG. 

In parallel, Luisa has always nurtured an interest in psychology. She originally studied at WPF Therapy in London earning a certificate in Counseling skills and later at Tavistock Relationships, which enabled her to practice as a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist with a successful private practice in London.
